About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic & Visual Design Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality visual designs for our social enterprise's marketing, ERP, design, and business solutions. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns, and you will also work with our website team to create prototypes and wireframes for different projects.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality visual designs for marketing materials, including website designs, social media graphics, and print materials.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in graphic design and technology.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all visual assets are consistent with given brand guidelines.

Minimum required experience

• 1+ years of experience in graphic design

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred experience

• Knowledge and experience in using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva etc.

​

Location

• This role will be located in our Auroville, India office. Approximately 10% travel is anticipated [globally/within India].
