Responsibilities

  • Creating user-friendly interfaces that align with project goals and user needs.

  • Assisting in user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements.

  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in design and technology.

  • Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and improve design ideas.

  • Collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Required Experience

  • Educational Background: Freshers who have completed a degree in computer science, graphic design, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Design Software: Familiarity with tools like Figma, Illustrator, and Canva.

  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Ability to create basic wireframes and prototypes to visualise designs before development.

Preferred Experience

  • Additional software experience: Adobe XD, and Photoshop.

  • Technical Understanding: A basic understanding of coding languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be advantageous.

​

Location

  • Ideally, this role will be based in Auroville, and we're seeking candidates from the bio-region.
